This Privacy Policy explains how OneChemical handles information when users interact with OneChemical Publisher and related OneChemical services.
Information we may process
When a user connects a supported social platform, we may process information made available through that platform's authorized API, including account identifiers, usernames, profile information, authorization credentials, granted permissions, publishing status information, and identifiers for submitted media.
We may also process information necessary to prepare and publish content requested by the authorized user, including video files, captions, titles, descriptions, and publishing preferences.
How information is used
- Authenticate authorized platform accounts.
- Prepare and submit requested media posts.
- Verify the intended publishing destination.
- Track publishing status and prevent accidental duplicate submissions.
- Maintain security and troubleshoot integration issues.
Platform credentials
OneChemical does not request users' social-platform passwords. Authentication is handled through official platform authorization systems. Access credentials are used only for permitted functions and should be protected from unauthorized disclosure.
Sale of personal information
OneChemical does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the publishing workflow, maintain required operational records, comply with applicable obligations, or resolve security and technical issues.
Third-party platforms
Use of services such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube is also governed by the privacy practices and terms of those platforms.
Revoking access
Users may revoke connected-platform authorization using the controls provided by the applicable platform. Revocation may prevent OneChemical Publisher from performing future actions on that platform.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the OneChemical project and its publishing integrations evolve. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are made.
